The following cancellation conditions apply :

• Cancellation more than 2 weeks before arrival: No charges
• Cancellation within 2 weeks before arrival: 30% (deposit)) of the total cost of stay.
• Cancellation within 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the total cost of stay.
• Our rooms are available as from 16 o’clock and must be free at 11.00 o’clock . Please let us know your foreseen time of arrival.
